Front Desk Hotel Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team at Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites. As a Front Desk Hotel Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room assignments, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Clerical Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and complete various administrative tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Communication: Maintain excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, and excellent oral communication skills.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
