Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Information Provision: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, including amenities and local attractions.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, to support the front desk team.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
  • Special Needs Assistance: Assist guests with special needs, such as mobility or accessibility requirements.
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
