Front Desk Hotel Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team at Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites.
Key Responsibilities:- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering information on hotel facilities and services, answering phone calls and messages, and assisting guests with special needs.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and maintaining attention to detail.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent oral communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Organized and able to work in a team environment.
- Experience an asset, but not required.
40 hours per week, with a permanent employment opportunity.
Language of work: English.
