Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate data.
- Team Supervision: Train and supervise staff in financial duties and policies, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of financial equipment and software, coordinating maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Financial Transactions: Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate activities with other departments, establishing work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial management and supervision.
- Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
