R & T TAX MANAGEMENT INC. is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Bookkeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and submission of financial reports, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties.
- Accounting and Financial Services: Provide accounting and financial services to the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Taxation: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations and provide guidance on tax-related matters.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
The Bookkeeping Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure to meet the needs of the company.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English or French.
Hours of WorkThe hours of work are 35 hours per week.
