R & T TAX MANAGEMENT INC. is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Bookkeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day bookkeeping operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions, and providing technical guidance to team members.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Transactions: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of bookkeepers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
The Bookkeeping Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure.
