Job Summary

As a Lead Guest Services Team Member, you'll supervise employees and oversee the general operations of the store. You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer needs, and assisting managers with tasks to maintain a well-run facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise employees and manage store operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer needs

  • Work as part of a team and interact with different levels, including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
