Job Summary

The Lead Guest Services Team Member is responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store. This role requires excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of customers.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and ready to assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise employees and general operations of the store
  • Provide excellent customer service to respond to customer needs
  • Assist managers with tasks to maintain facilities and operations
  • Work as part of a team and interact with different levels, including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • Incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels
