Job Summary

Pilot Company is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to supervise employees and oversee the general operations of our stores. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated, and able to assist managers with tasks to maintain our facilities and ensure a smooth operation.

This role requires a strong understanding of store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a team, interact with different levels of employees, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise employees and oversee store operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Assist managers with tasks and maintain facilities
  • Work effectively as part of a team and interact with various stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail operations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Background check required
