About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive business growth and sustainability.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of professionals to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, employees, and external partners.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes to ensure effective governance and risk management.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to ensure effective governance and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of executive leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of strategic planning, team management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
