We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for processing and preparing our semi-monthly payroll, managing ledgers, and completing government reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll, reconcile ledgers, and manage records.
- Manage tax remittance and benefits enrollments.
- Prepare and maintain records, including payroll and benefits documentation.
- Provide general correspondence and government reporting.
- Reconcile payroll ledgers to general ledgers.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Preference given to those with Ceridian Dayforce HCM knowledge.
- Preference given to those with a PCP designation.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality required.
- $55,000 - $62,000 per year.
- RRSP matching after 1 year of service.
