As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading valuations and litigation support engagements, managing a team of professionals, and delivering exceptional results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead valuations and litigation support engagements, including engagement planning, budgeting, and timeline management.
  • Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement division Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Deliver KPI results to the Managing Partners and Executive team.
  • Collaborate with clients to acquire information, manage expectations, and provide progress updates.
  • Review and analyze financial models, schedules, and reports, with a focus on litigation support engagements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • CPA and CBV designations.
  • CFF or CFE designations are considered assets.
  • 2-5 years of experience managing a team of professionals.
  • 4-7 years of experience in valuations and litigation support.
  • Technical skills and understanding for accounting and auditing, as well as personal and corporate taxation.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and valuation analysis.
  • Experience with matrimonial litigation, including income determinations.
  • Experience in estate litigation and/or quantification of damages, considered an asset.
  • Experience with personal injury and income capacity reports, considered an asset.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with IF and Vlookup functions, as well as VBA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
