Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Astellas' women's health product to healthcare professionals through effective sales presentations and medical education activities.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve sales targets and objectives, leveraging market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer segmentation.
  • Conduct comprehensive customer profiling to identify key influencers and decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders to support product launch activity.
  • Successfully leverage omnichannel to engage with healthcare professionals through various communication channels.
  • Navigate and succeed in a complex reimbursement environment by understanding payer dynamics and patient access programs.
  • Identify unmet educational needs of healthcare professionals and deliver non-promotional learning programs aligned with APCA approved education strategies.
Requirements
  • Strong background in women's health and a solid scientific understanding of Astellas and competitor products.
