Job Title: Financial Compliance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Financial Compliance Professional to join our team at Entercan Inc.

This is a permanent full-time position with 35 hours of work per week, and the salary range is $85,000 - $110,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have experience in auditing and compliance, with a strong understanding of accounting standards and procedures. You will be working closely with our management team to ensure the effective implementation of our financial policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
  • Supervise staff to ensure they understand and follow our financial policies and procedures.
  • Train staff on financial systems and procedures to ensure they can perform their tasks effectively.
  • Arrange training for staff on new financial systems and procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures, and internal control.
  • Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies.
  • Prepare reports and audit findings to support business decisions.
  • Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices.
  • Conduct field audits of businesses to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Analyze financial documents and reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Examine accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in auditing and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Working Conditions
