As a Mobility Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of loaner vehicles, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience when picking up and dropping off their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers upon arrival and verify appointments
  • Complete Service Loaner Contracts with customers
  • Check loaners out/in with customers, explain features, and report any damage
  • Bill for loaner usage, damage, and tickets
  • Track loaner usage and coordinate service shuttles
  • Maintain quality control of loaner vehicles
  • Oversee and coordinate repairs of loaner vehicles
  • Schedule and track loaner vehicles to ensure availability
  • Maintain rental vehicles and provide weekly status reports
  • Drive courtesy shuttle when needed and maintain flow in the Service drive
  • Perform clerical duties such as balancing daily cash and bank deposits

Requirements:

  • Class 5 Driver's License
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Familiarity with the Vancouver area
  • Previous experience working with fleet and loaner vehicles is an asset
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Ability to work closely with a team and work independently with minimal supervision
