Job Title: Delivery Operations Manager

Vavaa Distributions Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of goods and ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in good condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Delivery Teams: Lead and manage a team of delivery drivers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Plan and coordinate the delivery of goods, including scheduling, routing, and tracking.
  • Monitor Performance: Track and analyze delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide Training: Train and develop delivery drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure that all delivery drivers follow health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions: Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
