Delivery Operations Manager

Vavaa Distributions Ltd. is seeking a skilled Delivery Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our delivery team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the delivery team to ensure seamless execution of delivery schedules.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize delivery routes.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to delivery team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
