Account Director

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project operations, and providing leadership to staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day client relationships to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of on-site work activities
- Provide leadership and direction to staff, ensuring they meet contract requirements
- Participate in recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
- Accountable for contract performance assessment and ensuring KPIs are met
- Maintain high levels of training and competency for staff, ensuring contractors operate safely and effectively
- Relevant experience in managing clients with multiple sites
- Background in the aviation industry
- Familiarity with multi-function project management
- PMP certification is an asset
- Experience in emergency response or military environments is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of provincial government health and safety codes and standards
- A clear criminal record check is required
