Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple commercial sites, supervising grounds-keeping crews, and ensuring the highest level of workmanship and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain knowledge of site operations, including alarm systems, HVAC, and construction practices.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of multiple grounds-keeping crews.
- Ensure compliance with contractual scope of work and company standards.
- Make quick and smart decisions to resolve issues and improve operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Degree or diploma in Horticultural Studies, Construction, Landscape, Applied Technology, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driver's Abstract.
