Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop marketing strategies to meet customer needs.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including budgeting and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Recruitment: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and qualifications to perform their duties.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
The Customer Service Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role requires excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours:The working hours are 40 hours per week.
