We are seeking a seasoned Food Service Director to lead our dining operations and drive innovation in the Food Services industry.

As a Food Service Director, you will be responsible for managing our dining operations, developing and implementing solutions, and executing plans to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Coach and mentor employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive revenue growth and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
  • Direct and oversee production, distribution, and foodservice operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
  • Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment, including team management.
  • Strong analytical, project planning, and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
