Customer Service Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Carzone Motors Ltd.
Job Summary:The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for leading our customer service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they are meeting their performance targets.
- Customer Service: Develop and implement customer service strategies to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that customer service representatives have the skills and knowledge they need to provide excellent service.
- Performance Management: Monitor and manage customer service performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure.
