Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cook Chef to join our team at TNMTS INC. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

This is a permanent position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The salary range for this role is $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Determine the size of food portions and costs.
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
  • Order supplies and equipment.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas.
  • Recruit and hire staff.
  • Manage kitchen operations.
