About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Castle Hospitality Group Ltd. o/a Ranchers Castle. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Carry and replace linen
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth service
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
