Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Castle Hospitality Group Ltd. o/a Ranchers Castle. As a Dishroom Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom area, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and stored properly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables
  • Carry and replace linen
  • Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Load buspans and trays
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Place dishes in storage area
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
  • Scour pots and pans
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors

Requirements

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
