**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources and Payroll Specialist to join our team. This is a dual-reporting position, working closely with the Human Resources and Payroll teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage payroll functions, including data entry, records management, and time and attendance.
  • Provide administrative support, including web support and communication with stakeholders.
  • Deal with diverse duties to ensure priorities and deadlines are met.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Human Resources.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in payroll or accounting, with training in computerized payroll systems.
  • Canadian Payroll Association courses, including Payroll Compliance Practitioner.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
