District Manager, Inside Sales Professional

About the RoleAs a District Manager, Inside Sales, you will be responsible for selling ADP solutions to new and existing clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Grow our business while growing yours by closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory
- Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners
- Deepen relationships across the ADP network by strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts
- Collaborate daily with internal partners and clients to provide expert guidance and support
- Proven winner with a track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory
- Positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style and ability to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly
- Confidently fearless with a willingness to take risks and challenge the status quo
