Compensation Package

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a competitive base pay of $60,000 per year, uncapped earning potential through commissions, and a vehicle allowance. Top performers can earn up to six figures annually.

In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including a great pension plan, Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA), and company-matched share purchase program options. About the Role

This is a full-time position, requiring flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs. As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will sell a range of products, including Wireless, Cable, Hi-Speed Internet, and Home Phone, directly to customers at their homes.

You will act on provided leads, spark new residential sales in your territory, and represent Rogers with pride in the field, at special events, and to follow up on customer inquiries. You will build friendly and professional relationships with customers, ensuring their post-sales questions are promptly answered.

This role requires strong negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. You must be comfortable working in various weather conditions and have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for daily use.

Requirements

  • Weather Ready: Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • On-the-Road Ready: Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for daily use.
