- Health and Disease Detection: Experience detecting health and disease problems in cattle.
- Maintenance and Repair Skills: Ability to perform basic equipment and building maintenance or repair skills.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable working with Microsoft Office for communication and documentation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Independence and Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work outside year round and perform physical tasks.
