Job Description

Light Speed Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class 1 driver to join our team as a Cross Border Specialist. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods between warehouses and other locations in the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a Class 1 vehicle to transport goods across the US-Canada border
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
  • Communicate effectively with customers and upper-level management regarding route and task-related issues
  • Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 1 driver's license
  • Minimum 1 year of driving experience
  • Clean driving abstract
  • Current 5-year driver's abstract with no older than 30 days from application date
  • Pass a third-party drug and alcohol screening
  • Direct deposit form
