Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify opportunities for quality and productivity improvements. As the point of contact between quality, production, and engineering, you will lead off-tolerance products, analyze fundamental causes, and monitor new products and components in production. You will also develop and provide employee training, ensure sensors and measuring instruments are calibrated correctly, and optimize machine settings and adjustments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a college or university degree and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards is an asset, as is knowledge of SAP. Strong analysis and synthesis skills, along with excellent French and English language proficiency, are essential for this position.
