At Proforce Personnel, we are seeking a highly skilled Garment Quality Control Specialist to join our team. With extensive experience in fitting and garment construction, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality products meet our clients' expectations.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. As a Garment Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with design, buying, and production teams to develop technical designs and tech packs using Illustrator
  • Measuring garments and correcting fit issues, communicating changes to overseas makers
  • Maintaining accurate product size and fit specifications in finished garments
  • Following up and proceeding with any changes related to Fit & Spec in tech packs

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading fashion wholesaler and contribute to the success of our menswear team.

Requirements
  • Diploma in fashion design
  • 5+ years of experience in fitting, preferably in menswear
  • Knowledge of Illustrator, Excel, and garment construction
  • Experience in communicating with vendors
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines and strong follow-up skills
  • Fluently bilingual
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
