Night Shift Hospitality Associate

Your duties will include registering arriving guests, assigning rooms, and processing group arrivals and departures. You will also be responsible for providing information on hotel facilities and services, balancing cash and completing balance sheets, and maintaining an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and experience in a related field. English is the primary language spoken in this role, and you will be required to work 40 hours per week.
