Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, provide information on hotel facilities and services, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and respond to guest inquiries.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a focus on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
