Key Responsibilities- Assist technicians with daily tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Conduct inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of parts and supplies.
- Collaborate with the Fleet Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or vocational training an asset.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or automotive industry.
- Valid G Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
