About the Role

Voyago is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Assistant to join our team at our Carp, ON location. As a Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet by providing technical support and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist technicians with daily tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Conduct inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of parts and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the Fleet Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or vocational training an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or automotive industry.
  • Valid G Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
