Job Summary

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate ranging from $45 to $65 per hour, depending on their credentials and experience. In addition to a comprehensive salary package, we offer a range of benefits, including paid vacation time, shift premiums, tool allowance, and boot allowance.

Job Description
As a Vehicle Fleet Technician, you will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring vehicle safety through preventative maintenance, repairs, and compliance with Ministry of Transportation (MTO) guidelines and Voyago's corporate policies. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Evaluating vehicle safety and conducting preventative maintenance as required.
  • Utilizing parts from inventory and completing repairs in a timely manner.
  • Servicing vehicles in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Completing required reports, including sign-off on driver-initiated repair logs and PM service logs by division.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • A minimum 310T license.
  • ODP certification with A/C experience.
  • Experience and working knowledge of light-duty diesel repair, as well as gasoline.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and sound organizational competencies.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent proven customer service experience.
  • A valid G-class driving license.
  • A clean driving record.
  • A clean Criminal Record.
