About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team in Carp. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and ensure vehicle safety through preventative maintenance, adhering to Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and Voyago's guidelines.
  • Utilize parts from our extensive inventory or work with the parts team to order necessary components for timely repairs.
  • Servicing vehicles in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
  • Complete required reports as directed (i.e., sign-off on driver-initiated repair logs and log books, and PM service logs by division).

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum 310S or 310S/T license.
  • ODP certification with A/C experience or be willing to obtain.
  • Experience and working knowledge of light-duty diesel repair, as well as gasoline.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, along with sound organizational competencies.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
  • A valid G-class driving license.
  • A clean driving record.
  • A clean Criminal Record.
