Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Carp location. As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and ensure vehicle safety through preventative maintenance, adhering to Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and Voyago guidelines.
  • Utilize parts from inventory and complete repairs in a timely manner, meeting corporate policies and procedures.
  • Service vehicles according to corporate standards, maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
  • Complete required reports, including sign-off on driver-initiated repair logs and log books, and PM service logs by division.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum 310S or 310S/T license or Apprentice credentials.
  • ODP certification with A/C experience.
  • Working knowledge of light-duty diesel repair, as well as gasoline.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, sound organizational competencies, leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent proven customer service experience.
  • A valid G-class driving license.
  • A clean driving record.
  • A clean Criminal Record.
