Job Title: Field Support Supervisor

At Bevertec, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Support Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for after-hours emergencies and inquiries, providing timely and effective support to our clients.
  • Conduct site visits to train, coach, and evaluate employees, ensuring they meet our company standards.
  • Respond to major incidents and provide support to our security staff, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and facilities.
  • Enforce property rules and regulations, ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients.
  • Issue parking violations and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize communication software to report shift activities and ensure seamless communication with our team.
  • MEDIATE employee conflicts and escalate issues to the area manager as needed.
  • Issue violation notices for policy breaches and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all client sites to ensure effective shift coverage.
  • Create, adjust, and fill staff schedules, ensuring contractual obligations are met and our clients receive exceptional service.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our company vehicles.
  • Deliver PPE, uniforms, and office supplies to our client sites.
  • Provide secondary coverage for area managers during absences and support them during fire drill testing.
  • Assist in the CCTV Security Monitoring Centre as needed.
Requirements:
  • Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Superior customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.
  • Flexible work hours, including rotational shifts and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Experience as a concierge in a residential condominium, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License and G Driver's License, with a clean driving abstract.
