Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Support Specialist to join our team. As a Field Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing IT infrastructure field support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their IT infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide IT infrastructure field support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their IT infrastructure needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  3. Install and configure hardware and software components to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  4. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement new technologies.
Requirements
  1. Five to six (5-6) years' of strong experience providing IT infrastructure field support.
  2. Excellent customer management skills.
  3. Good oral and written communication skills.
  4. Self-driven and result-oriented.
  5. Passionate about the work.
  6. Takes proactive ownership and works with a sense of urgency.
