O'Hanlon Paving is seeking a skilled Finish Roller Operator to join our paving crews in Edmonton. As a key member of our team, you will assist with equipment operation and laborer duties, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate finish rollers and other construction equipment to achieve high-quality results
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and perform daily safety checks
  • Work collaboratively with crew members to meet project deadlines
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of safe operating procedures and municipal road building industry standards

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience operating construction equipment, preferably finish rollers
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to job sites
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on safety and quality
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing project requirements

Additional Information:

  • This is a seasonal position, starting in spring, with potential for overtime and on-call work during winter months
  • Training will be provided for various activities, and excellent wages and benefits are offered after 3 months of employment
