Job Title: Clinician, Specialized Mental Health

We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our Mental Health & Substance Use department. As a key member of our team, you will provide primary therapeutic, case management, and mental health and substance use support services for assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the inter-professional clinical team
  • Collaborate with community agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Baccalaureate degree in a mental health and substance use related discipline
  • Two years of recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
