Job Title: Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals and families in our community.

About the Role:

As a Mental Health Clinician, you will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with mental health and addiction issues, as well as providing education and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat individuals with mental health and addiction issues
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Allied Health, Behavioral or Social Science field
  • Two years of recent experience in a health setting working with complex care clients with mental health and/or addiction issues
  • Current valid BC driver's license
