Delegated Authority Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Delegated Authority Assistant to provide data processing and analysis support to our underwriting authority business. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience with bordereau data processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and process bordereau information received by TMCan, ensuring data is handled consistently, timely, and accurately.
- Map bordereau reports in the binder management system and upload them to company systems.
- Conduct bordereau quality control, recommending improvements and changes as needed.
- Assist with bordereau report validations and escalate errors to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- University degree or college diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in property and casualty insurance and bordereau processing.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Working knowledge of PowerBI and basic SQL or Python skills are an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, effective organizational skills, and a can-do attitude are essential.
