Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Delegated Authority Assistant to provide data processing, analysis, and administrative support for our delegated underwriting authority business. This role involves tracking, analyzing, and processing bordereau information received by TMCan, ensuring data is handled in a consistent, timely, and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Tracking and analyzing bordereau information
- Mapping bordereau reports in binder management system
- Uploading bordereau reports to company systems
- Bordereau quality control and recommending improvements
- Assisting with bordereau report validations and escalating errors to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

- 2+ years of relevant experience in the insurance industry
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to collate and accurately summarize data sets through Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a changing environment and be comfortable with ambiguity
