Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Flexy-Tech. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to enhance productivity and workflow.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with colleagues and external partners.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional manner, maintaining excellent communication skills.
  • Manage electronic inquiries, responding promptly and accurately to client queries.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and optimize resource allocation.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and speed, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word proficiency to effectively manage spreadsheets, emails, presentations, and documents.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Organized, reliable, and accurate in your approach to work.
