As a Project Manager - Administrative Procedures with Onyx-Fire Protection Services Inc., you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities. You will also administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, assist in the preparation of operating budgets, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Additionally, you will oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, monitor and evaluate, and plan and control budget and expenditures.
The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and policies. You will be working 30 hours per week, with a permanent position. Fluency in English is required.
