About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Banking Professional to join our team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA. As a key member of our Corporate & Investment Banking division, you will be responsible for managing our global business relationships with large multinational clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement client and product strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Financial Institutions and Corporate Coverage sectors.
  • Support the growth of a selective portfolio of Large Cap Corporate accounts, identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive deal flow through personal relationships and introductions between our team and clients, leveraging your expertise in financial markets and products.
  • Collaborate with business line product specialists to deliver client solutions and track live deals and pitches.
  • Prepare and present business cases, client profitability analyses, and other financial reports to support client relationships and business development initiatives.
  • Conduct profitability analyses and develop client profiles to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and client needs, identifying opportunities to enhance our services and products.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, corporate finance, transaction services, asset management, or consulting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets and products.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve business objectives.
