We are seeking a skilled Beauty Salon Receptionist to join our team at Vive Artistic Nails & Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they walk in the door.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Relay information to clients, staff, and management in a clear and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Spa environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service.
