Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Beauty Salon Receptionist to join our team at Vive Artistic Nails & Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication with clients and staff.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution, to support the smooth operation of the spa.
  • Switchboard Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide directory assistance as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointments, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train, or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Work Setting: Spa environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
